This Guy Is Absolutely Right!
I've been seeing some of the videos of this guy lately, and while some of his videos are kinda drab, this one and a few others really make the mark.
The thing is, these were always things I had issues with as early in life as I can remember, along with the fact that things like disease exists, and more.
Even when it comes to the fuel to give our bodies energy.
You mainly can only use a Carb [Sugar] or a Fat source. Protein can be used in a famine situation to be converted by the body to be used a little bit as fuel, but not efficiently or sufficiently.
But the fact is that, Fats, while they are healthier for us than Sugar, you cannot metabolize fats quickly, unlike with sugar.
This is why if you ran a marathon or did something exerting, you aren't craving a stick of butter and never would do so to revive yourself.
On the other hand, a sugary drink will absolutely give you quick rejuvenation.
The body takes many hours to metabolize and utilize the energy from fat sources, and much of it also carries into your energy reserves for the next day.
After mowing the lawn, you think I'm going to say no to a Beer or a Coke or an Energy Drink and yes to butter? Absolutely not.
But this design of the system even in just that, and the fact that things can lead to sugar addiction and that sugar is made unhealthy for us, is proof of how evil and wrong this realm is.
You can't possibly say any of these things make sense.
Humans have spend many thousands, if not millions of years trying to use bogus justifications to explain away a system and world that does not make sense on any level.
Even inventing their own idea of "God" or who they hope him to be.
Just like the guy in this video, I want nothing to do with this world either. Especially now more than ever, I want far less of anything with it.
Life is not as gift, and procreation is a trap.
As I've also said as well, even things like Family also do not make sense and serve no purpose outside of the entire biological role of survival of the species.
Family, in our epoch, serves more as a trap and a burden than it does a blessing. For most people.
